How to shop at Shop.shiatzychen.com?

1. Register with SHIATZY CHEN online Boutique by E-mail, and enjoy easy online shopping.

2. Use the Women’s clothing, Men’s clothing, Bags, Shoes and Accessories links to help you find what you are looking for. You can also shop by browsing our ‘Feature Edition’.

3. Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, select your color and size and click on the ‘ADD TO SHOPPING CART’ underneath each item. You can also click on ‘REMOVE’ to remove the item.

4. Review the items in your shopping cart by clicking the ‘SHOPPING CART’ link at the top of the web page.

5. As you shop, add items to your ‘Wish List’ by click the ‘❤’ on the product detail page or ‘ADD TO SHOPPING CART’ to checkout.

6. Click ‘STORE RESERVATION’ on the product detail page and reserve store time to continue your offline shopping experience.

7. Click on ‘CHECKOUT’ to complete your order in the SHOPPING CART. Confirm your delivery address, shipping and payment method to make an order. 

8. We will send to you the ‘Order Notification’when you finish the procedure. Shop.shiatzychen.com reserves the right to accept or decline this order within 48 hours. 

Can I change and delete my order once it has been placed?

1. Select ‘Store Reservation’

 The order made by ‘Store Reservation’ is no need for you to pay online. Your order will be kept for one hour if you want to make the change or cancel. If you have any other problems after the order confirms, please contact Customer Service for further help.

 

2. Select ‘Cash on Delivery’

The merchandises have been prepared for dispatch once you ordered. You are unable to amend to an existing order once it has been placed. If you need to make any amendments, please contact our Customer Service.

 

3. Select Regular Delivery

For the merchandises you have not paid, we will keep it for you for one hour to make the change or cancellation. If you do not pay within an hour, your order will be canceled automatically. The merchandises have been prepared for dispatch once you have paid.

 

We are unable to amend to an existing order once it has been placed. If you need to make any amendments, please contact customer service.

Can I change the size or color in my order once it has been placed?

To make an exchange, we suggest returning your original order directly. You only need to reorder the correct size and color of merchandise. Once we receive your return, your refund will be issued to the original bank card used to place the order in 10 business days.
